Users
The Users page lists every directory account Navigator has consolidated across your identity and endpoint connectors.
What’s shown
Username, email, display name, job title, domain, whether the account is enabled, whether it’s a domain/privileged admin account, and, where a connector reports it, MFA enrollment status and factor types.
As with devices, not every connector reports every field. MFA status, for example, is only populated by connectors that expose it (Okta’s Factors API is the current source); a blank MFA field means no connected source reports on it yet, not that MFA is confirmed absent.
How users are consolidated
The same cross-connector matching used for devices applies here: if more than one connector reports the same person, Navigator merges them into a single consensus user record, keeping track of which source reported which field.
Filtering and search
Basic search, a source facet, and Advanced Search work the same way as on Devices, including cross-asset-type rules like “users associated with a device that’s missing EDR.”
User Detail
Clicking into a user shows the same Overview / Attributes / Activity structure as Device Detail, scoped to that person’s own consensus record and change history.
