Partner Program

Every conversation you've been having with clients but couldn't monetize is now a recurring revenue opportunity.

Your TSD handles connectivity and cloud. We handle everything it can't. Charting Cyber fills the cybersecurity and adjacent-category gap in the TSD ecosystem. Recurring, behavior-based commissions. 125+ vendors. Categories your TSD doesn't carry. We complement your existing book, never compete with it.

Why This Exists

Your clients ask about security. Today you have no good answer.

You sell UCaaS, CCaaS, SD-WAN, and cloud through your TSD. When your client asks about endpoint security, identity, email protection, or cloud security, you have three options: refer them to a VAR that pays you once and forgets you, send them direct-to-vendor and lose the economics entirely, or don't bring it up and lose the expansion.

Charting Cyber is the fourth option. Place the deal through us, earn recurring commission per our Ground Truth Policy, keep the client relationship, and protect your TSD deal. We handle the categories your TSD can't, we pay like your TSD does, and we never touch connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SD-WAN.

What You Can Place Through Us

The categories your TSD doesn't carry.

Every category below is a gap in the TSD ecosystem. Your clients have these needs. We give you a way to fill them and get paid.

Cybersecurity (Fill-In)

CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Cortex, Microsoft Defender
Identity & Access Management
Okta, Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity
Privileged Access Management
CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea
Identity Governance
SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk
Email Security
Proofpoint, Abnormal Security, Mimecast
Cloud Security (CSPM/CNAPP)

Vulnerability Management
Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7
Data Security & Backup
Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, Druva
GRC & Compliance
Vanta, Drata, OneTrust

Augmentation (Rides on TSD Deals)

CCaaS AI Augmentation
Cresta, Observe.ai, ASAPP — attach to NICE, Genesys, Five9 deals
Cloud Security Attach
Wiz, Prisma Cloud — attach to AWS/Azure/GCP deals
SASE/SSE (Vendors TSDs Don't Carry)
Zscaler, Netskope, Cloudflare One — when Cato/Versa isn't the fit
Meeting Intelligence
Gong, Chorus, Otter.ai — attach to UCaaS deals
FinOps & Cloud Cost
Flexera, Apptio — attach to cloud/IaaS deals
Backup/DR Attach
Rubrik, Cohesity, Zerto — attach to colo deals
Endpoint Management
Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE

ThousandEyes, Catchpoint — attach to connectivity deals
The rule: We never compete with your TSD's core categories. Connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS core platforms, SD-WAN, colocation, IaaS resale, and mobility stay with your TSD. We fill in and augment. Your existing residual book is protected.
Economics

Recurring commissions. Structured like your TSD pays.

Commission is calculated on markup, not total deal value. Markup varies by vendor, deal size, and complexity. Your share is a percentage of that markup, paid for as long as the client stays and you stay engaged.

Until $500K Cumulative Billing
40%

of markup on all deals, from your first referral through $500K in total billed revenue across all your referred accounts.

After $500K Cumulative Billing
50%

of markup on all deals, applied immediately once cumulative billing crosses the threshold. No clawbacks, no renegotiation.

Example: $48K/year endpoint security deal

Deal value (annual) $48,000
Our cost (distributor) $38,400
Markup $9,600
Your commission (40%) $3,840/yr
Per year, recurring $3,840

At 50% of gross profit, the effective payout is roughly 10% of deal revenue. That's competitive with what you earn on telecom and UCaaS residuals through your TSD. Same economics, different category.

The Ground Truth Policy

Written. Public. Non-negotiable.

This is not a marketing summary. This is the actual policy. It doesn't change between conversations.

On any deal you introduce, you earn commission on the initial term. You keep earning on the first two renewal cycles automatically. No conditions, no hoops.

After that, compensation continues as long as you remain materially involved in the account: present in at least one substantive client meeting per renewal cycle and included on quote and renewal correspondence.

If your involvement lapses for a full renewal cycle, compensation converts to direct and we notify you in writing before the next renewal. You don't get betrayed. You get asked to re-engage. If you do, you regain compensation starting that renewal.

This is behavior-based, not time-based. An agent who stays engaged keeps earning forever.

Who This Is For

Built for people who advise on technology but don't want to run a resale operation.

TSD Agents

You sell connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud through your TSD. Your clients ask about security and you need a recurring revenue path for those deals. We're the completion channel for everything your TSD can't carry.

Security Consultants

You recommend tools in every engagement. Turn those recommendations into recurring revenue without compromising your independence or your advisory relationship.

Fractional CISOs

You set the security strategy across multiple organizations. When the roadmap calls for new tooling, source it through us. Competitive pricing, procurement handled, and a commission for your practice.

How It Works

Three steps. No paperwork labyrinth.

01

You identify the need

Your client needs a tool, a platform, or a renewal handled. You make the introduction. You stay in the relationship.

02

We handle procurement

Vendor research, competitive distributor pricing, quoting, licensing, and fulfillment. We return a vendor shortlist and are ready for vendor registrations within a week. From there, we handle the quote, the PO, and the paperwork. You don't touch any of it.

03

You keep earning

Commission starts at close and continues through renewals. Your client is happy. Your residual book grows. No one had to build a resale practice to make it happen.

Want to run the deal yourself? Some partners prefer enablement over pass-through. If you want to manage the vendor relationship directly and just need distributor access and pricing, we can support that model too. Same economics, different workflow.
Common Questions

FAQ

How do you track which deals are mine?

Deal registration. You send us the client name, the opportunity, and a brief description. We confirm receipt in writing. If the deal closes, the commission is yours. No ambiguity about who brought what.

What if my client already works with Charting Cyber?

If the account is already active with us, we'll tell you at registration. If you bring a new opportunity within that account — a new department, a new product line, a new budget holder — that's a valid referral and you earn on it.

When do I get paid?

Commission is paid after the client pays us. Typical cycle is Net 30 from client payment. You receive a breakdown showing the deal, the margin, and your commission amount. No mysteries.

Can I white-label or co-brand the quoting process?

Not currently. Quotes come from Charting Cyber. Your client knows we're the procurement partner. We've found that transparency about the relationship actually builds trust — clients prefer knowing who handles what.

What does onboarding look like?

We sign a partner agreement, schedule a call with you to discuss the opportunity, schedule a client call, and kick off the sales process. Once the deal closes, commissions are paid after we receive client payment.

Send us your first opportunity.

No onboarding call required. Tell us the client, the category, and the need. We'll take it from there.
