Your Account
Your account page (via the avatar menu in the top right) covers your profile, password, and multi-factor authentication.
Profile
Shows your email, role, and organization name.
Changing your password
Re-enter your current password along with the new one. This re-validation happens specifically so that a hijacked-but-still-open browser session can’t silently take over your account by changing the password with no further proof.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Navigator supports TOTP-based MFA (any standard authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.):
- From your account page, choose Enable MFA.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the six-digit code it generates to confirm enrollment.
Once enabled, every future login requires your password and a current code from your authenticator app. Only one authenticator can be enrolled at a time; enrolling a new one replaces any previous unverified enrollment.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password? on the login page. Rather than a clickable email link, Navigator sends a short code you type in directly. This is a deliberate choice: some corporate email security scanners automatically open links found in incoming mail, which can silently consume a one-time link before you ever click it yourself. A typed code has no link for a scanner to consume.
